Meet Our Board
W. Duncan Tingle, M.Ed., President of Laraway’s Board, retired from a lengthy career as a special education teacher, administrator, and consultant. Duncan’s civic involvements include serving as past board chair of Lamoille County Food Share and volunteering at the Stowe Free Library. He is married and lives in Stowe.
Carrie Lambert, CPA, Treasurer of Laraway’s Board, owns and operates Carrie Lambert & Associates, Inc., a public accounting firm in Morrisville, Vermont. She also serves on the Morristown Development Fund Board. Carrie has three daughters and four grandchildren she enjoys spending time with.
Paul Dupre, M. Th., Executive Director of Washington County Mental Health Services, oversees a staff of over 500 professionals. He has worked for WCMHS since 1978. Paul has been on the Barre City Council for 10 years and served as Mayor of the City of Barre for 4 years. He is married with four daughters and nine grandchildren.
David Bergh, Ed.D., is Dean of Students at Johnson State College in Johnson, Vermont. His doctoral research focused on successful first-generation and low-income college students. David and his wife spend significant time in the Adirondacks where he serves on the board of the Silver Bay YMCA.
Justin Philie, B.S., is a seasoned mental health professional including working as an instructor for the Augmentative Learning and Movement Center in Morrisville, Vermont. He worked previously as a residential treatment counselor, therapeutic case manager, and youth employment worker. He is married with two young children.
Stuart Senghas, MSW, coordinates the Supervised Child Access Program at the Lamoille Family Center in Morrisville, Vermont. Additionally, he serves as a consultant for Childcare Consultation Services and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Vermont’s School of Social Work. He is married with three children.
Meg Harris is the owner and operator of The Lovin Cup Café, a coffee shop in Johnson, Vermont. She spent three years as Business Manager for Laraway’s Substitute Care Program. She resides on a farm in Waterville with her husband and daughter.
